Twas The Night Before Yule

Twas The Night Before Yule Image
Twas the night before Yule, and all through the Coven,

The cookies were baked and removed from the oven.

The bayberry candles were lit on the table,

The altar was wrapped in a new cloth of sable.

The children were nestled, all snug in their beds,

While visions of Yuletime danced in their heads.

Their stockings were hung by the chimney with care,

In hopes that some presents soon would be there!

With Rocker in his new robe, and I in mine,

We were asking our Goddess her blessing divine.

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,

We sprang from our Circle to see what was the matter.

Away to the window, tripping over my sash,

My eyes were a-glamoured with a bright silver flash.

The moon on the breasts of the Goddess and God

Drew my eyes to behold the blessed Circle they trod.

When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,

But the manifestations of all those we hold Dear.

The physical forms of those whom we pray to,

Even Saint Nick, and his miniature sleigh, too!

Jehovah, Mohammet, Shiva, Hera and Thor.

Zeus, Freya, Brahma, and many, many more.

All the Spiritual Entities who'd ever been mentioned.

Even some, like dear Loki, who sowed seeds of dissension.

They greeted eah other with smile, warm and sweet.

Then, forming a Circle, they all took a seat.

With multiple Voices all joined as One,

The Corners were Called. And, when that was done.

The Chalice was passed from Hand to Hand.

Then, a blanket of silence enfolded the land.

A crystal clear Voice began to hold sway.

Which Deity spoke? I could not say.

But, clearly, I heard all the love in that Voice.

It caused my tired heart to take flight and rejoice.

"Our Children, it seems, have missed the whole point."

"We now join together, their hearts to anoint."

"Pour all of Our love O'er their hearts of stone."

"Let them see that together they're never alone!"

"Show them it matters not which of Us that they choose."

"Their sad hate and mistrust cause each of Us to lose!"

As I stood there transfixed, I could suddenly see

If we all stand as one, what a world this could be!

Put ALL of our differences well behind us.

Let the love of the Gods enfold and remind us.

We ARE all the same, though varied our skins.

We all dream the same dreams, we all sin the same sins.

With a look of enlightenment etched on my face,

I beheld all the Gods in Their glory and grace!

They all bowed Their heads then said"So mote it be!"

They all smiled at each Other bestowing winks on me.

One by One they disappeared from my sight.

Just the Goddess and God were left in the light.

As slowly They twinkled, fading by degree,

"Happy Yuletide to all!

Blessed be times three!

A Charm For Religious Liberty

A Charm For Religious Liberty Image
If folks need to have the why of that explained to them I can. Rather than bothering, I'm working on composing a small countercharm to help disperse the coercive spells of this gang of christian sorcerers. This is a fast draft from inspiration - I know it lacks rhythm, but maybe as a call-and response, with single voices doing the lines and all reciting the repetition it could be cool in performance. Anyway, It conveys my sentiment.

A Charm for Religious Liberty

This is a voice of the people, the people of the United States of America.

In the United States, let no god be master, and let all be free.

Let this be the voice of the Wise, for wisdom is my prayer.

In the United States, let no god be master, and let all be free.

Let the wisdom of the founders bring freedom.

In the United States, let no god be master, and let all be free.

Let the freedom in our spirits be the foundation of the law.

In the United States, let no god be master, and let all be free.

Let our law proclaim that we have no 'lords'.

In the United States, let no god be master, and let all be free.

May our Ancestors witness our commitment to freedom and justice.

In the United States, let no god be master, and let all be free.

May the Other Kins of North America know our commitment to their well-being.

In the United States, let no god be master, and let all be free.

May the Gods and Goddesses of all peoples know welcome in our nation.

In the United States, let no god be master, and let all be free.

By Sky and by Grain, by Mountain and by Plain, by Liberty and by Justice In the United States, let no god be master, and let all be free.

From sea to sea, so be it!

Panchanga Tantra The Magic Of The Indian Calendar System

Panchanga Tantra The Magic Of The Indian Calendar System Cover

Book: Panchanga Tantra The Magic Of The Indian Calendar System by Regulagedda Akshay

The fable of Apara Ganita and the Mystical Garden of Enchanted Numbers is obviously fictional. The inspiration is Leelavati Ganitam, a chapter in the ancient mathematical treatise, the Siddhanta Siromani, written by Bhaskaracharya in 1150CE. The Leelavati Ganitam is fascinating not only for its treatment of indeterminate analysis and a method to solve Pell’s Equation, but also, as a Canadian university’s website on mathematical history puts it, for its poetic conversation between the narrator and a narratee named Leelavati1. The similarity between this poetic construct and the conversation between Apara Ganita and the dwara palika is probably noticeable. Frame stories are not common for scientific research papers, but they certainly have a historical precedent.

The New Colossus By Emma Lazarus

The New Colossus By Emma Lazarus Cover Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame.
With conquering limbs astride from land to land;
Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand
A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame
Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name
Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand
Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command
The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.
"Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she
With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

To Honor The May Queen

To Honor The May Queen Image
Make an offering of a floral crown, or a libation of honey and milk, to the Queen of the May during your Beltane prayers.

The leaves are budding across the land

on the ash and oak and hawthorn trees.

Magic rises around us in the forest

and the hedges are filled with laughter and love.

Dear lady, we offer you a gift,

a gathering of flowers picked by our hands,

woven into the circle of endless life.

The bright colors of nature herself

blend together to honor you,

Queen of spring,

as we give you honor this day.

Spring is here and the land is fertile,

ready to offer up gifts in your name.

we pay you tribute, our lady,

daughter of the Fae,

and ask your blessing this Beltane.

Candle Tribheal

Candle Tribheal Image
P.o Box 1193
Wilmington, NC 28402-1193

Phone - (910)686-9644

BBS - (910)686-4932

Internet -

Note: This spell can only be done by a person who is perfectly well,
and as such it cannot be done by a person with AIDS or HIV the
virus which causes Aids. But, i created this ritual to be used
to heal others with this deadly disease. Thanks.

Tribal Healing Spell...

You need...

A) Green Candle
B) Yellow Candle
C) oil (preferably of Apollo, Osiris, Hathor, Isis, Nephthys, Anubis
Night Queen, Holly, Misletoe, or Gemini.
) A Needle (sewing needle or pin is fine.)
E) An Orange.

Peel an orange, and light the green candle, begin oiling the yellow
candle with the oil of your preference.

Stick the tip of the needle in the orange and say..

"Blood of the Earth, cleanse and purify the one needing healing."

Wave the pin through the air, and blow on it saying...

"Airs and Breezes cause change for good in the one needing healing."

Stick the tip of the needle in the flame of the burning green
candle.. and say..

"Candle Green, Silvered and Sheen
Invoke for us in your beam
in your healing light bless
the one who is needing you."

Now prick your finger so a droplet of blood appears, and catch the blood
and the needle. Then while stick into the yellow candle near the middle
or bottom.

"Candle of Yellow, Invoke my dreams
make my wishes known to the Gods
that my friend be healed and reborn
in their light
may this drop of blood symbolize
the waters of rebirth from the mother.

This is her way, as it is mine.

Shakti, Cosmic Dancer of the Cosmos
Be at one with us and the Candle"

Leave the pin/needle in and have your
sick friend burn it while thinking
of getting well.. never take out the pin.

Never use it for anything else.

One suggestion is to throw away the pin
or bury it in a Witches bottle.

Take the wax and put it into a a gris
gris, or Voodoun Medicine Bag and wear
it or carry it around.

Either way, good luck with your healing. If you have any healing
spells, aids spells, helpful spells of any kind please send them
to me and i will make files for them (of course giving you credit
or please make them for me and upload them to me online.)
